Artículo cuarto. Cuando una empresa considere que determinada actividad suya requiere por razón de su misma naturaleza, o sea por necesidades técnicas, ser atendida sin ninguna interrupción y deba, por lo tanto, proseguirse los siete (7) días de la semana, comprobará tal hecho ante la Dirección Regional del Trabajo, o en su defecto ante la Inspección del Trabajo del lugar, para los fines del artículo 166 del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo.
