Destinase las sumas de diez mil pesos ($ 10.000) para auxiliar a los vecinos damnificados en el Carmen, Bolívar, por las inundaciones del arroyo llamado Alférez, ocurridas durante los últimos días de septiembre próximo pasado, y la suma de tres mil pesos ($ 3.000) para auxiliar a las familias damnificadas en Riosucio, Caldas, por el incendio ocurrido el 29 de junio último.
