Objeto. El presente Título tiene por objeto reglamentar el Fondo para la Promoción de Ascenso Tecnológico (FOPAT), de acuerdo con lo señalado en el artículo 33 de la Ley 2169 de 2021, modificado por el artículo 253 de la Ley 2294 de 2023, con el propósito de establecer su funcionamiento, conformación, fuentes de financiación y demás mecanismos generales para el ingreso, administración y ejecución de los recursos que lo componen.
