Junta Directiva . Como órgano de dirección del fondo creado por la Ley 40 de 1990, actuarán la Junta Directiva de que trata el artículo 12 de dicha ley, y que para todos los efectos se conocerá como Junta Directiva del Fondo de Fomento Panelero o Fondo Nacional de la Panela integrada por el Ministro de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural o su delegado, quien la presidirá, por tres (3) representantes de esta cartera y por tres (3) miembros designados por la Federación Nacional de Productores de Panela, o por las organizaciones sin ánimo de lucro que representen al sector panelero.
