Las especialidades farmacéuticas a base de morfina y cocaína, preparadas en el país, y que se vendan por el depósito oficial de estupefacientes, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto por el artículo 34 del Decreto 1727 de 1940, solamente se recargarán con un cinco por ciento de utilidad, liquidado su costo.
