Separación temporal. El tiempo que el personal del nivel ejecutivo de la Policía Nacional permanezca separado en forma temporal, no podrá considerarse como de servicio activo para ninguno de los efectos previstos en los estatutos de carrera y de régimen prestacional. Durante dicho tiempo el personal del nivel ejecutivo separado, no tendrá derecho a sueldo, primas ni prestaciones sociales pagaderos por la Policía Nacional.
