Cuando se haga efectiva la obligatoriedad del servicio, las personas obligadas a prestarlo y que por cualquier causa no lo hicieren, pagarán a la Secretaría de Acción Social y Protección Infantil una suma de dinero, la cual será proporcional a la establecida para eximir a los varones del servicio militar obligatorio.
