El Ministerio de Obras Públicas, a través de la Dirección General de Inmuebles Nacionales, celebrará los contratos necesarios para la adquisición de los inmuebles y la ejecución de las obras decretadas en esta Ley, incluirá en su presupuesto los gastos de dotación y mantenimiento locativos. El Ministerio de Educación aportará las partidas anuales de su presupuesto con el fin de cubrir los demás gastos de funcionamiento e inversión.
