° Promuévase al señor Gonzalo Roa Álvarez del cargo de Ingeniero Interventor de los estudios, construcción y reconstrucción de la carretera Cabrera Puente de Lata, que adelanta el Instituto de Colonización e Inmigración por contrato celebrado con Miguel Hartman Perdomo, al de Ingeniero Interventor de la Interventoría de las carreteras Espinal Guamo Castilla, y Purificación Cunday, cargo creado por el artículo 2° del presente Decreto.
