La Corporación rechazará incidente, mediante auto susceptible de reposición, y ordenará la devolución de sus anexos en los siguientes casos:
Cuando se presente por fuera del término previsto en la presente ley.
Cuando habiendo sido inadmitido no se hubiere corregido el incidente dentro de la oportunidad legalmente establecida.
