Sera competente para los efectos del Artículo anterior, el Juez de Circuito en lo Civil de la ubicación del inmueble. Y si este se hallare situado en territorio de dos o más Circuitos, conocerán a prevención los Jueces respectivos. Esta regla se tendrá sin perjuicio de las disposiciones especiales sobre jurisdicción cuando son parte en el juicio la Nación o los Departamentos, o si se trate bienes muebles.
