Autorízase al Gobierno para efectuar los traslados que sean necesarios en el Presupuesto de la presente Ley y para contratar con el Instituto de Crédito Territorial, la financiación de la parte del auxilio destinado a vivienda, a fin de que las obras respectivas puedan ser acometidas inmediatamente.
