Suspensión del reconocimiento . El Director General del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario (Inpec), previa aprobación del Ministro de Justicia y del Derecho, podrá suspender el reconocimiento de la prima de seguridad otorgada al servidor público a que se refiere este título, en cualquier momento en que lo considere pertinente de acuerdo con las normas vigentes.
