°. Vigencia . El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, para todos aquellos proyectos en los que, a la fecha de la publicación del decreto, no se haya dado apertura a la convocatoria inicial de que trata el artículo 2.1.1.2.1.2.5 del Decreto número 1077 de 2015, y deroga todas las disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
