Art. 5.° Como la expresada ley previene que las sumas que los Cónsules recauden procedentes de derechos, se depositen bien en alguna Casa de consignación ó bien en algún Banco, cuando esto suceda se hará la descripción debitando la cuenta de "Depósitos" en la Casa de consignación (tal) ó en el Banco (tal) y acreditando la de "Caja."
