Los Oficiales de las Fuerzas Militares en servicio activo y los que se encuentren en goce de asignación de retiro o pensión pagaderos por la Caja de Retiro de las Fuerzas Militares contribuirán con destino a capitalización de la misma, con el porcentaje establecido en el artículo anterior y con el monto de aumento de sus haberes, asignaciones o pensiones, correspondientes al primer mes en que se cause dicho aumento.
