LUGAR DE DETENCION PARA LOS MIEMBROS DE LAS FUERZAS MILITARES Y DE LA POLICIA NACIONAL. Los miembros de las Fuerzas Militares y de la Policía Nacional cumplirán la medida de privación de la libertad en la unidad a que pertenezcan. A falta de ésta, en donde se adelante la investigación. De lo resuelto se comunicará por escrito al superior jerárquico del procesado.
