º. Presentación de la Solicitud . Previa solicitud escrita presentada ante la Dirección General del Incomex, o quien haga sus veces, o en sus Oficinas Regionales o Seccionales, por una proporción importante de la rama de la producción nacional o en nombre de esta por medio de una asociación que la represente, el Incomex iniciará el procedimiento previsto en el presente decreto.
