ARTICULO 10 . Funciones de la División de Asistencia Jurídica para las Superintendencias Delegadas. - La División de Asistencia Jurídica para las Superintendencias Delegadas cumplirá las siguientes funciones

Efectuar el seguimiento, control y supervisión permanente de los procesos que se adelanten en contra de la Nación - Superintendencia Nacional de Salud;

Atender las diligencias de carácter extrajudicial;

Organizar y mantener actualizadas las normas de la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud y del Sistema de Salud en los aspectos relativos a su competencia;

Asistir jurídicamente a las Superintendencias Delegadas Seccionales;

Las demás que se le asignen y correspondan a la naturaleza de la División.
