° Al poner en ejecución este Decreto, y para los efectos del artículo anterior, se formará en inventario de las especies postales existentes en los Departamentos, en el cual intervendrán los Administradores de Correos nacionales respectivos, y allí se tomará nota de tales existencias para evitar falsificaciones y fraudes posteriores á la renta de correos.
