Artículo único. La pension de que disfruta la señora Dolores Leguina a virtud de la lei de 29 de mayo de 1848, como viuda del prócer de la Independencia doctor Elías López Tagle, sacrificado en Portobelo en 1819, se asimila, para el efecto del pago, a las de los militares de la Independencia.
