Prescripción de la acción disciplinaria. La acción disciplinaria prescribe en cinco (5) años. La prescripción de la acción empezará a contarse a partir de la comisión de la falta o del último acto constitutivo de la misma y se interrumpirá con la notificación del pliego de cargos o con la declaratoria de inculpado ausente.
