Al tenor de lo dispuesto en el artículo 230 del Decreto extraordinario 1344 de 1970, la tenencia, de vehículos automotores blindados o con protección antibalas cuya importación registro, acondicionamiento o uso no se ajuste a las previsiones del presente Decreto, o las disposiciones que en lo del mismo, dicte el Ministerio de Defensa Nacional, implicará para el propietario o tenedor la retención del vehículo por las autoridades de Tránsito y Transporte, hasta tanto no se aclare su procedencia e identidad y se llenen los requisitos aquí establecidos.
