La Junta Administradora, y especialmente el Director, velarán por que los reos que habiendo cumplido su condena en la Colonia y se quedaren en ella dedicados a agricultura, inviertan acertadamente sus ahorros y los ayudarán con sus indicaciones y asistencia.
