Dentro de la reglamentación del presente Decreto el Gobierno expedirá un Código de Deontología Médica en donde se determinen las infracciones que cometan los médicos en el ejercicio de la profesión, así como las sanciones a que por ello se hacen acreedores, y reglamentará el ejercicio de las especialidades médicas.
