Los aspirantes que obtuvieren calificación aprobatoria en los exámenes escritos de las materias señaladas en el artículo 10 de la citada ley, podrán presentar los exámenes orales sobre las mismas materias ante el Comité integrado por el Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores o su Delegado, el Decano del Instituto Colombiano de Estudios Internacionales, el Jefe de la Oficina de Planeación y un Delegado de la Comisión de Personal de la Carrera de acuerdo al artículo 8º del Decreto 1745 de 1983.
