Traslado do la diligencia . Si como resultado de una investigación adelantada por una autoridad sanitaria, se encontrare que la sanción a imponer es de competencia de otra autoridad sanitaria, deberán remitírsele las diligencias adelantadas para que asuma el conocimiento correspondiente.
