Artículo trece. Los aseguradores informarán al Instituto Nacional de Transporte sobre las cancelaciones o no renovaciones de las pólizas de seguros reglamentados en este Decreto. Informarán igualmente toda indemnización cubierta. El incumplimiento de lo aquí dispuesto será sancionado por la Superintendencia Bancaria de acuerdo con el artículo quinto, del Decreto legislativo número 3233 de 1965. Todo pago implicará anotación en los registros de las licencias correspondientes.
