Las reuniones se realizarán en el lugar del dominio social, con sujeción a lo prescrito en las leyes y en los estatutos en cuanto a convocación y quórum. Con excepción de los casos en que la ley o los estatutos exijan una mayoría especial, las reuniones de socios se celebrarán de conformidad con las reglas dadas en los artículos 427 y 429.
