º . Funcionamiento de los comités regionales. Los Comités Regionales tendrán el siguiente reglamento interno

Reuniones: Se reunirán mensualmente o cuando lo determine su Presidente, previa citación por escrito del Secretario con indicación del lugar, fecha, hora y orden del día.

Quórum: Los comités regionales podrán sesionar válidamente con la participación de la mayoría de sus miembros.

Secretario: El secretario del comité regional será el jefe de personal de la respectiva secretaría de educación o quien haga sus veces.
