La Junta principal de Popayan dará informe todas las semanas a la Secretaría de lo Interior sobre el estado de las poblaciones, el de las cosechas en pié, los precios corrientes de los artículos alimenticios, la marcha creciente o descendente del mal que se trata de combatir i de sus efectos jenerales sobre la salud de las poblaciones.
