Régimen aplicable. El manejo y gestión del complejo de humedales designado en el artículo precedente, debido a su Importancia Internacional, se regirá de acuerdo con los lineamientos y directrices emanados por la Convención Ramsar, el parágrafo del artículo 172 de la Ley 1753 de 2015 y las Resoluciones 157 de 2004, 196 de 2006, y 1128 de 2006, así como por la normativa vigente, y/o la que modifique o sustituya el Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible en materia ambiental, para estos ecosistemas estratégicos, sin perjuicio de las directrices y lineamientos que el Distrito Capital haya emitido o emita para el manejo de estos humedales, siempre y cuando las mismas no sean incompatibles con el régimen de protección asignado.
