°. Inscripción de sanciones en el Registro de Operadores Postales. El Ministerio de Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones incluirá en el registro las sanciones respecto de las cuales el acto administrativo que las impone se encuentre en firme. Estas anotaciones permanecerán en el registro durante dos (2) años contados a partir de la ejecutoria del acto administrativo respectivo, y corresponderá a este actualizar la vigencia de las sanciones.
