El presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, modifica los numerales 7.8 y 7.9 del artículo 7° del Decreto 3615 de 2005, modificado por el artículo 3° del Decreto 2313 de 2006; el artículo 9° del Decreto 3615 de 2005 modificado por el artículo 5° del Decreto 2313 de 2006; el artículo 12 del Decreto 3615 de 2005 y el

Parágrafo 2

del artículo 13 del Decreto 3615 de 2005, modificado por el artículo 6° del Decreto 2313 de 2006 y deroga las demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
