ARTICULO 88. PROHIBICIÓN USO GRADOS, DISTINTIVOS Y UNIFORMES. Los grados, distintivos y uniformes de la Policía Nacional no podrán ser usados por ninguna otra entidad o persona que no esté incorporada regularmente a la Institución. Cualquier instituto o entidad que desee uniformar a su personal de modo similar deberá solicitar la aprobación respectiva al Ministro de Defensa Nacional.
