El treinta por ciento (30%) del salario básico mensual de los siguientes servidores públicos se considera como prima especial de servicios sin carácter salarial: Fiscal Delegado ante Tribunal Nacional Fiscal Delegado ante Tribunal de Distrito Fiscal Delegado ante Jueces Penales de Circuito Especializados Fiscal Delegado ante Jueces de Circuito Secretario General Directores Nacionales Director de Asuntos Internacionales Directores Seccionales Jefes de Oficina Jefes de División Jefe de Unidad de Policía Judicial Fiscal Auxiliar ante la Corte Suprema de Justicia Fiscal Delegado ante Jueces Municipales y Promiscuos".
