º La elección de los miembros del Consejo mencionados en los literales b), c) y d) del artículo anterior se harán por votación directa y secreta de los electores señalados, en la oportunidad y forma que fije el Consejo Directivo de la Universidad. En las elecciones que así se realicen se aplicará el sistema de cuociente electoral definido en la Constitución Nacional. Dichas elecciones serán válidas sin consideración al número o porcentaje de votantes.
