Docentes privados en instituciones educativas oficiales. A partir del año 2010 las entidades territoriales certificadas no podrán tener laborando docentes, directivos docentes o personal administrativo mediante la modalidad de contratación de la prestación del servicio público educativo en instituciones educativas oficiales en que laboren también docentes y directivos docentes oficiales. Lo anterior sólo podrá ser viable en los contratos de administración del servicio educativo, de conformidad con lo establecido en el Capítulo IV del presente decreto.
