El servicio medico a domicilio se suministrara únicamente cuando el enfermo no sea recibido en la clínica u hospital, por tratarse de una enfermedad contagiosa, de aislamiento difícil, o que no sea posible hacer por cualquier circunstancia. En este caso debe reconocerse el gasto extra que ocasione el aislamiento, transporte del médico, sala especial, etc.
