La contribución de valorización de que trata la Ley 25 de 1921 y el decreto 1604 de 1966 es aplicable a todas las obras públicas que ejecute el área metropolitana, previa declaración en tal sentido hecha por la Junta Metropolitana, y con sujeción al estatuto previsto en las letras a) y b) del numeral 3°. del artículo 6° del presente Decreto.
