Los aeródromos y aeropuertos pertenecientes a personas que reúnan las condiciones de que habla el artículo 14, quedan exentos de todo impuesto nacional ordinario o extraordinario, que grave o llegue a grabar el capital.

Parágrafo

Cuando un aeródromo o aeropuerto se destine a otros servicios, o pase a ser propiedad de personas que no reúnen las condiciones de que trata el presente artículo, cesara en el beneficio de las exenciones, concedidas, y el propietario cedente tendrá que pagar la totalidad de los impuestos de que haya sido eximido el aeródromo o aeropuerto.
