ARTICULO 53 . Control Interno. - Los Fondos resultantes de la fusión y reestructuración a que se refiere este Decreto establecerán y organizarán un sistema de control interno y diseñarán los métodos y procedimientos necesarios para garantizar que todas las actividades de la entidad, así como el ejercicio de las funciones a cargo de sus servidores, se realicen de conformidad con las normas constitucionales y legales y con sujeción a estrictos criterios de moralidad, eficacia, eficiencia, economía, celeridad, imparcialidad y publicidad.
