PAGO DE INDEMNIZACION POR DISMINUCION DE LA CAPACIDAD SICOFISICA. Al Oficial o Suboficial de la Policía Nacional que presente disminución de la capacidad sicofísica determinada por la Sanidad de la Policía Nacional y que sea mantenido en el servicio activo en virtud de lo previsto en el artículo 117 de este Decreto le será reconocida y pagada la indemnización que le corresponda con base en los haberes del grado que tenga cuando se le califique la lesión, de acuerdo con el índice del Reglamento de Incapacidades, Invalideces e Indemnizaciones de las Fuerzas Militares y de la Policía Nacional. En consecuencia el Oficial o Suboficial no tendrá derecho a una nueva indemnización por el mismo concepto.
