El Ministerio de Agricultura determinará, por medio de resolución, los porcentajes máximos y mínimos que deberá invertir el Banco Ganadero en cada una de las actividades agropecuarias previstas en el artículo 44 de le Ley 5 de 1973. La Superintendencia Bancaria vigilará el estricto cumplimiento de las determinaciones del Ministerio de Agricultura y, en caso de incumplimiento, además de aplicar las sanciones establecidas por la ley, informará de ello al Ministro de Agricultura.
