° Corresponde a la Contraloría General la expedición de las normas sobre contabilidad, comprobación y rendición de cuentas para el manejo de dichos fondos; el control fiscal lo ejercerá el Contralor por medio de la Auditoría correspondiente, cuyo costo será de cargo de las obras.
