Proceso de selección y asignación de hogares beneficiarios. Una vez surtido el proceso de verificación de información establecido en la presente subsección, Fonvivienda seleccionará y asignará mediante acto administrativo a los hogares beneficiarios, teniendo en cuenta los siguientes criterios:

De manera directa cuando el número de hogares postulados que cumplan con los requisitos para ser beneficiarios del subsidio sea inferior o igual al número de viviendas del proyecto.

Mediante sorteo cuando el número de hogares postulados que cumplan con los requisitos para ser beneficiarios del subsidio excedan el número de viviendas a transferir
