Artículo único. Apruébase, con modificaciones, el siguiente Decreto : " DECRETO NUMERO 12 DE 1944 (MARZO 2) sobre asignaciones civiles en la Comisaría Especial del Vaupés, durante la vigencia fiscal del 1° de abril de 1944 al 31 de marzo de 1945. El Consejo Comisarial del Vaupés, en oso de sus facultades legales, ACUERDA :
