De los pasivos. No habrá lugar a determinar la renta por el sistema de comparación de patrimonios cuando el pasivo solicitado en la declaración de renta no reúna los requisitos exigidos por el artículo 124 del Decreto 2053 de 1974 (hoy artículo 283 del Estatuto Tributario), siempre que el contribuyente demuestre la existencia del mismo. (Artículo 116, Decreto 187 de 1975) (Vigencia del Decreto 187 de 1975. El Decreto 187 de 1975 se aplicará a partir del ejercicio impositivo de 1974 salvo los casos expresamente exceptuados en el mismo o en las normas sustantivas y procedimentales del impuesto sobre la renta y complementario.
