La multa no podrá ser inferior al valor de cinco días de sueldo que devengue el funcionario o empleado, ni exceder al de un mes; se hará efectiva descontándola de la nómina en cuotas iguales no superiores a la quinta parte del sueldo mensual o por jurisdicción coactiva y será aplicable solo en caso de faltas leves.
