Para el cumplido desarrollo de las formalidades que contempla el artículo 14 de la Ley 128 de 1937 , así como para atender a los servicios de investigación y de experimentación agrícola en general, el Gobierno podrá adquirir y dotar las fincas rurales indispensables destinadas a estaciones y subestaciones, y a establecer directamente, o por conducto de alguna entidad semioficial, el servicio de provisión agrícola.
